Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou hypoteční produkty na českém bankovním trhu. První část práce se věnuje charakteristice hypotečních úvěrů a hypotečních zástavních listů. Nákladovost hypotečních úvěrů a faktory, které ji ovlivňují, jsou tématem další kapitoly, přičemž daná problematika je rozebrána jak z pohledu věřitelských institucí, tak dlužníků. Mortgages and mortgage bonds are subjects of this thesis. The first part of the thesis explains fundamentals of these mortgage market products. Costs of mortgage and factors influencing it are topics of the next chapter. There we cover both the creditor and debtor points of view.
