S rozvojom technológií môžeme pozorovať aj ich prienik to oblasti justície, kedy v súčasnosti zastávajú rôzne pomocné analytické funkcie. Do akej miery môžeme túto pozíciu technológií v súdnej sieni rozširovať závisí nie len na vývoji technológií ale aj rámca, ktorý nastavuje právo.
