Práce se zabývá problematikou žen, které se nacházejí v těžké životní situaci, kdy musejí pečovat zároveň o své nezletilé děti a stárnoucí rodiče. Tato problematika nese název Sendvičová generace a provází nás celou prací. Nejprve nás seznámí s tím, co to vlastně Sendvičová generace je a jak vznikla. The thesis descriebes the problem of women who find themselves in a difficult life situation when they have to take care of children and old parents at the same time. This issues is called the Sandwich generation, and it accompanies us all. At the beginning the thesis describes what selected countries and compare it with Czech Republic.
