Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a stimulace generací X a Y a moderními trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Obsahuje popis a analýzu současné situace ve společnosti eBRÁNA s. r. o.. Závěrem práce je ze zjištěných informací vypracovat návrh doporučení možných změn.
Abstract:
This work deals with problems about motivation and stimulation of generation X and Y, also about modern trends in the section of Human Resource Management (HR). The work contains a description and analyse the currently situation in the company Ebrána s. r. o.. The objective of this work is to make a proposal of recommendation for some possible changes of gained results.
