Business plan for establishment of the company

Abstract:

Cílem práce je sestavení reálného podnikatelského plánu na založení malého podniku, a to samoobslužné prádelny. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou definovány základní pojmy související s podnikáním, tedy pojem podnikatel, podnikání, právní formy podnikání, dále struktura a náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. Poté je proveden rozbor a podrobná specifikace podmínek a faktorů ovlivňujících významným způsobem úspěšné zpracování plánu a následná realizace záměru. V praktické části je vytvořen na základě teoretických modelů konkrétní podnikatelský plán na založení firmy. Značný důraz je kladen na marketingovou analýzu. Je v ní zhodnocen trh, konkurenti a potenciální zákazníci. Detailně je rozpracována SWOT analýza a marketingový mix. Nejdůležitější částí je pak finanční plán s určením předpokládaných tržeb a nákladů, hospodářského výsledku a toku peněz podniku. Pomocí metod pro zhodnocení investice je posouzena vhodnost podnikatelského záměru.

Abstract:

The aim of this project is to build a real business plan for a small company, a laundry, established by a single entrepreneur. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to business, eg. the term entrepreneur, business, legal forms of business activities, as well as the structure and necessary features of a business plan, an analysis and detailed specification of conditions and factors significantly affecting a successfully created plan and subsequent implementation of the plan. In the practical part, a specific business plan of starting a business is created on the basis of theoretical models. Considerable emphasis is placed on marketing analysis. It assessed the market, competitors and potential customers. The analysis also contains a detailed SWOT analysis and marketing mix. The most important part of the project is the financial plan determining expected revenues and costs, profit and cash flow of the company. The assessment methods is used to assess the desirability of the business plan.
