Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním žáků s mentálním postižením pomocí informačních a komunikačních technologií. V teoretické části je mj. vymezeno mentální postižení, klasifikace a možnosti vzniku mentálního postižení. Práce se dále zabývá vzděláváním žáků s mentálním postižením. Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat specifika vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením s využíváním informačních a komunikačních technologií a zjistit, zda žáky v základních školách praktických baví více výuka s využíváním informačních a komunikačních technologií nebo bez jejich využívání; dále zjistit, zda učitelům základních škol praktických výuka s využitím informačních a komunikačních technologií vyhovuje či nevyhovuje. Hypotézy byly vyhodnoceny pomocí dat získaných dotazníky. Jedna verze dotazníků byla pro žáky ze základních škol praktických, druhá verze dotazníků byla pro učitele základních škol praktických. Výsledky mj. ukázaly, že žáky baví výuka s informačními a komunikačními technologiemi více než bez nich a učitelům základních škol praktických výuka s využitím informačních a komunikačních technologií většinově vyhovuje. Za přínos práce lze považovat zjištění, že vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením pomocí informačních a komunikačních technologií je pro ně zábavné, jejich učitelům pak taková výuka vyhovuje a jsou ochotni se dále vzdělávat a proškolovat v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií.

Abstract:

This Diploma Thesis deals with the use of information and communication technologies in education of students with intellectual disability. The theoretical part deals with the description of intellectual disability, its classification and possible reasons and origins of intellectual disability. Furthermore, the thesis deals with education of students with intellectual disability. The aim of the thesis is to describe particularities of using information and communication technologies in education of students with intellectual disability and to learn whether pupils in special elementary schools enjoy more education with the use of information and communication technologies or without it. Next aim is to learn whether teaching with the use of information and communication technologies is convenient for teachers in special elementary schools. Hypotheses were evaluated using data obtained from questionnaires. One version of the questionnaire was used for students of special elementary schools, a different version of the questionnaire was used for teachers at special elementary schools. Among others, the results showed that students of special elementary schools enjoy more education with the use of information and communication technologies than without them. In most cases, teaching with the use of information and communication technologies is convenient for teachers in special elementary schools. As the main merit of this Diploma Thesis could be considered the findings that education of students with intellectual disability with the use of information and communication technologies is both entertaining for students and convenient for teachers, who are subsequently willing to go further in their own education in the field of information and communication technologies.
