Education of pupils with mild mental disabilities and the Framework Educational Programme for Primary Education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zacílena na pojmové vymezení mentálního postižení, její klasifikaci, osobnostní specifika a nejčastější komorbidity z psychopedické perspektivy. Mimo uvedené, je zde zpracována otázka edukace žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením z hlediska legislativy, podpůrných opatření a didaktických metod. V neposlední řadě je v teoretické části zpracován rámcový vzdělávací program pro základní vzdělávání. Empirická část práce se zabývá zkoumáním několika pedagogů vyučujících žáky s lehkým mentálním postižením dle minimálních očekávaných výstupů rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání. Kvantitativní šetření monitoruje pedagogy aplikované metody ve výuce žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením, jež napomáhají k dosažení minimálních očekávaných výstupů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of education of pupils with mild mental disabilities. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the conceptual definition of mental disabilities, its classification, personality specifics and the most common comorbidities from a psychopedic perspective. In addition to the above, the issue of education of pupilss with mild mental disabilities in terms of legislation, support measures and teaching methods is addressed. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with a Framework Educational Program for Basic Education (FEP BE). The empirical part of the work deals with the research of several teachers teaching students with mild mental disabilities according to the minimum expected outcomes of the FEP BE. Quantitative research monitors teachers' applied methods in teaching pupils with mild mental disabilities, which help to achieve the minimum expected outcomes.
