Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců a analyzovat aktuální stav ve vybrané společnosti s ohledem na celou oblast řízení lidských zdrojů.

The bachelor´s thesis aims to identify key factors influencing the motivation and satisfaction of employees and analyze the current situation in the selected company with regard to the entire field of human resource management
