Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje úloze tetraspaninů v procesech probíhajících ve zdravém organismu, a také jejich roli při maligních onemocněních krve. Rodina tetraspaninů je u člověka tvořena 33 zástupci a je charakterizována čtyřmi transmembránovými doménami ve struktuře těchto proteinů. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the role of tetraspanins in the healthy organism and their role in the blood malignancies. In humans, the tetraspanin superfamily is composed of 33 members and is characterized by four transmembrane domains.
