Abstract:

Jaroslav Pekara, Ph.D. Praha. 2023. 61 s. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část práce podrobně rozebírá syndrom vyhoření včetně jeho definice, klíčových charakteristik, fází vývoje a stresových faktorů, které ovlivňují jednotlivce a jsou považovány za podněty ke vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Dále seznamuje s aktuální prevencí a problematikou syndromu vyhoření u jednotlivých složek. Praktická část práce se věnuje důkladné analýze kvalitativního průzkumu realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s příslušníky jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému, za cílem odhalit nejvýznamnější stresové faktory se kterými se příslušníci potýkají během výkonu služby. Na základě získaných dat a teoretických znalostí předkládá tato bakalářská práce doporučení pro praxi, obsahující jednotlivé body prevence a postupy, jak tyto aktuální faktory zvládat a syndromu vyhoření předejít. Bachelor thesis supervisor: Mgr. Jaroslav Pekara, Ph.D. Prague. 2023. 61 p. This bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the problem of burnout syndrome among the members of the integrated rescue system. The theoretical part of the thesis thoroughly describes the burnout syndrome, including its definition, key characteristics, stages of the development, and stress factors influencing individuals, considered as the triggers for the onset of burnout syndrome. Additionally, it familiarizes readers with the current strategies of the prevention and recent issues surrounding burnout syndrome in each unit of the integrated rescue system. The practical part is devoted to an in-depth analysis of a qualitative survey conducted in form of semi-structured interviews with the members of the integrated rescue system with the objective to uncover the most significant stress factors that these members encounter on duty. Based on the acquired data and the theoretical knowledge, this bachelor's thesis presents some recommendations for the practical preventive measures and an approaches for managing these current factors.
