This thesis followed changes in clothing of the folk people in the area of the mountain range called Javorníky over one century, specifically from the second half of the 19th century until the half of the 20th century. Práca sleduje zmeny v odievaní vidieckeho obyvateľstva v oblasti pohoria Javorníky v priebehu jedného storočia, konkrétne od polovice 19. storočia do polovice 20. storočia. Tieto zmeny sleduje v obciach Štiavnik a Veľké Rovné, ktoré ležia v jednej administratívnej oblasti.
