The Share of Other Components of the Integrad Rescue System in the Liquidation of the Consequences of a Tornado in South Moravia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podíl ostatních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému na likvidací následků tornáda na jižní Moravě. V teoretické části jsou popsány mimořádné události. Pro naplnění hlavního cíle bakalářské práce uvést popis a zhodnocení podílu ostatních složek IZS. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována vzniku tornáda. V praktické části je podrobně popsáno tornádo na jižní Moravě, podílem ostatních složek na záchranných a likvidačních pracích. Na zhodnocení jsou použity metody What if? a analýza SWOT. V poslední kapitole jsou navrženy opatření, které by měli vést ke snížení následků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the share of other components of the Integrated Rescue System in the liquidation of the consequences of a tornado in South Moravia. Extraordinary events are described in the theoretical part. The next two chapters are devoted to the basic and other components of the Integrated Rescue System. The last theoretical chapter is devoted to the formation of a tornado. The practical part describes in detail the tornado in southern Moravia, the share of other components in rescue and liquidation work. What if? Methods are used for evaluation and SWOT analysis. The last chapter proposes measures that should lead to a reduction of the consequences.
