The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create a strategy analysis of Huawei Technologies (Czech) s.r.o. by using selected methods to analyze. This bachelor’s thesis will contain a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part will describe all methods that will be applied in practical part.
