Abstract:
The subject of my rigorous thesis is „Position of Public Prosecutor in the preliminary criminal proceedings in terms of fundamental principles of criminal procedure.“ In my rigorous work I have tried to explain the position of prosecutor in the preliminary proceedings, as well as the role of the prosecutor in the preliminary proceedings in terms of fundamental principles of criminal procedure.
Abstract:
V moje rigoróznej práci som sa zaoberala postavením štátneho zástupcu v prípravnom konaní, a rovnako tak aj postavením štátneho zástupcu v prípravnom konaní z hľadiska základných zásad trestného konania. Vzhľadom k tomu, že základné zásady trestného konania sú hlavným pilierom, na ktorom spočíva trestné právo procesné a práve na nich, hoci nie v rovnakej miere, sú vybudované všetky právne inštitúty …more
