Diplomová práce se zabývá zajištěním péče u dospělých klientů ve vigilním kómatu z pohledu zdravotně sociálních pracovníků. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem zajišťují zdravotně sociální pracovníci v nemocnici návaznou péči o dospělé hospitalizované klienty ve vigilním kómatu. This diploma thesis deals with the provision of care for adult clients in vigilant coma from the point of view of medical-social workers. The aim of the work is to find out how the medical-social workers provide follow-up care for adult hospitalized clients in a vigilant coma in the hospital.
