Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v organizaci, se zaměřením na komunikaci a vztahy na pracovišti. Cílem této práce je porovnat současný a minulý stav řízení lidských zdrojů, především úroveň komunikace, konfliktů a zaměstnaneckých vztahů v organizaci a následně navrhnout opatření, která povedou k efektivnější komunikaci, prevenci konfliktů a zlepšení vztahů na pracovišti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která objasňuje význam termínu řízení lidských zdrojů a popisuje jeho historii, od prvopočátků až po současné pojetí. Zabývá se též vytvářením harmonických vztahů mezi zaměstnanci, komunikací v organizaci a konflikty na pracovišti. Praktická část práce zkoumá současnou úroveň komunikace a vztahů ve vybraném podniku. Vyhodnocuje postoje zaměstnanců a vedoucích k této problematice. A na základě získaných poznatků navrhuje optimální řešení pro danou organizaci, které by mělo zefektivnit vztahy a komunikaci mezi jejími zaměstnanci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about human resources management, mainly communication in organization, relationships and conflicts between employees. The primary objective of this thesis was compare previous and current status of human resources management especially level of communication and relationships in the organization. This thesis is divide on two main sections. The first, theoretical part of this thesis clarify the purpose of human resources management and describe the history, from first records to the present days concept. It is deal with effective management, creating of positive relationships and communication within organization. The second part of this work examines the current level of communication, relationships and present of conflicts in the real company. It´s also deal with attitudes of employees and their managers to this issue. The next step was to design the optimal solutions for the specific organization, which would make this organization more effective, mainly in communication and making positive relationships.
