Project to Improve the Recruitment and Adaptation Process in a Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku procesu přijímání a adaptace nových zaměstnanců ve společnosti Stapro s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou popsány klíčové pojmy a teoretické modely vztahující se k procesu náboru a adaptace nových zaměstnanců. Následuje detailní analýza současného stavu náboru a adaptace ve společnosti, která identifikuje jak silné stránky, tak i nedostatky. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena opatření k optimalizaci těchto procesů. Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout společnosti konkrétní doporučení vedoucí k efektivnějšímu procesu přijímání a adaptace nových zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of the process of recruitment and adaptation of new employees in the company Stapro s. r. o. In the theoretical part, the key concepts and theoretical models related to the process of recruitment and adaptation of new employees are described. This is followed by a detailed analysis of the current state of recruitment and adaptation in the company, which identifies both strengths and weaknesses. Based on this analysis, optimalization measures to these processes are proposed. The aim of this thesis is to provide the company with specific recommendations leading to a more effective process of recruitment and adaptation of new employees.
