Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na GDPR v pracovním právu. První část pojednává o základních pojmech a principech osobních údajů. Dále se práce zabývá praktickými otázkami GDPR, jako je monitoring zaměstnanců, a jaký ma GDPR vliv na jednotlivé fáze pracovního poměru. This thesis focuses on personal data protection in employment law and GDPR. The first part discusses the basic concepts and principles of personal data protection. The thesis further deals with practical GDPR issues such as employee monitoring and how GDPR affects the different stages of the employment relationship.
