Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky analýzy práce zrealizovat analýzu práce jako východisko pro efektivní uplatňování navazujících funkcí řízení lidských zdrojů ve společností Elektrify, s.r.o. a na základě sumarizace zjištěných informací navrhnout v dané oblasti opatření pro daný podnik do budoucnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the work as a basis for effective implementation of the related function of human resources management in Elektrify, s.r.o. based on the theoretical bases of the analysis of the work and to propose in the given area theme a sures for the given company in the future.
