Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout gastronomický event a jeho marketingovou komunikaci pro region Hříběcí hory, na základě identifikace potenciálu gastronomického cestovního ruchu a analýzy možností využití tradičních místních produktů, akcí a farmářských trhů, pro zvýšení zájmu turistů o region. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design a gastronomical event and to promote the Hříběcí hory region, by identifying the gastro-tourism potential and analyzing the possibilities of using traditional products, events and farmer’s markets to increase the interest of tourists in the region.
