The strategy of self-care of social workers of the Labour Office

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika sebepéče, která je zaměřena na vykonávání sebepéče sociálních pracovníků Úřadu práce ČR. Cílem práce bylo popsat možnosti sebepéče u sociálních pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části. První část - teoretická vymezuje pojmy: sociální práce, specifika sociální práce na Úřadu práce, role sociálního pracovníka a také definuje zátěž a stresory, které se vyskytují při výkonu sociální práce. Další kapitoly první části se věnují sebepéči - její definici, významu a strategii sebepéče sociálních pracovníků. Druhá část - výzkumná si jako cíl stanovila analyzovat a popsat sebepéči u sociálních pracovníků Úřadu práce při výkonu své profese. Vzhledem ke zkoumané problematice byla pro zpracování cíle diplomové práce zvolena metoda kvalitativní strategie.

Abstract:

The main topic of the thesis is the issue of the self-care, which is focused on exercising the self-care of social workers of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to describe self-care opportunities for social workers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part - theoretical part defines notions: social work, the specifics of social work at the Labour Office, the role of the social worker and also defines the loads and the stressors that occur in the performance of social work. The next chapters of the first section are devoted to self-care - its definition, meaning and self-care strategy of social workers. The second part - the research part set itself the goal of analysing and describing self-care in social workers of the Labour Office in the exercise of their profession. Due to the issue examined a method of qualitative strategy was chosen for the processing of the objective of the thesis.
