Abstract:
Posouzení a návrh rozšíření mobilní aplikace internetového bankovnictví o funkcionality CRM. Návrh obsahující analýzu implementace, návrhové zobrazení, kategorizaci zpráv a odhad finanční a časové náročnosti implementace nového řešení.
Abstract:
Assessment of extension of mobile internet banking aplication by CRM functionalities. The proposal including analysis of implementation, design view, messages categorization and finacial and time appraisal of new solution.
