Web Presentations of Public and State Universities in the Czech Republic in Relation to GDPR Rules

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provést průzkum veřejně dostupných informací uvedených na webových stránkách veřejných a státních škol v České republice. Na jeho základě analyzovat, porovnat a zhodnotit zjištěné informace, zda jsou uveřejněny v souladu s nařízením a pravidly GDPR. V první, teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, pravidla, principy, práva a role vyplývající z nařízení GDPR. V druhé, praktické části jsou popsány výsledky provedeného průzkumu na webových stránkách veřejných a státních vysokých škol, a zda jsou veřejně přístupné informace prezentovány v souladu s nařízením GDPR.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to conduct a survey of publicly available information listed on the websites of public and state schools in the Czech Republic. Based on it, analyze, compare and evaluate the information obtained, whether it is published in accordance with the regulation and the rules of the GDPR. The first, theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts, rules, principles, rights and roles arising from the GDPR regulation. The second, practical part describes the results of a survey conducted on the websites of public and state universities, and whether publicly available information is presented in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.
