Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vybranou nabídku účelových hypotečních úvěrů Raiffeisenbank a.s. včetně porovnání s konkurencí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kde v první jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se oblasti hypotečních úvěrů. The goal of this work is to analyze selected special-purpose mortgage loans of Raiffeisenbank, a.s. including comparison with its competitors. The work is divided into two parts, when the first describes the basic concepts relating to the mortgage loans.
