Aftercare Program for Users of Non-Alcohol Drugs Through the Eyes of Clients

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je doléčovací program pro uživatele nealkoholových návykových látek očima klientů. Teoretická část práce je věnována deskripci základních pojmů souvisejících s tématem, tzn. syndromu závislosti v kontextu bio-psycho-sociálního modelu, charakteristikám, cílům a struktuře doléčovacích programů a s tím propojených specifik cílové skupiny klientů, významů standardů kvality v souvislosti s realizací doléčovacího programu a konečně přínosům zapojování klientů do procesu zvyšování kvality poskytované služby a jejího dalšího rozvoje. V rámci výzkumné části práce je popsána realizovaná výzkumná studie zaměřená na zjišťování toho, jakým způsobem vnímají doléčovací program samotní klienti tohoto programu, konkrétně v doléčovacím centru pro uživatele závislé na nealkoholových návykových látkách. Pro potřeby výzkumné studie byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Výsledná zjištění jsou diskutována a na jejich základě je poté formulován závěr.

Abstract:

The topic of this Master?s thesis is the aftercare program from the point of view of the users of non-alcoholic drugs. The theoretical part describes the basic terms which are related to the topic, such as the dependence syndrome in the context of the biopsychosocial model, its characteristics and goals, the structure of the aftercare programs and the specifics of the given population. The importance of the standards for quality is also evaluated in connection to the aftercare program. Finally, the benefits of engaging the clients into the betterment of the service provided and its further development are discussed. The application part is focused on the investigation of how do the clients themselves perceive the aftercare program, specifically in the aftercare center for the users of non-alcoholic drugs. The qualitative method was chosen as a strategy for the aforementioned study. The findings are discussed and their bases are used to formulate the conclusion.
