Diplomová práce "Pracovní právo v protektorátu Čechy a Morava" pojednává o charakteristice autonomního (protektorátního) pracovního práva, jeho změny pod vlivem práva říšského a vyloučení ochranné funkce pracovního práva na některé skupiny obyvatel.
Abstract:
The thesis "Labor law in the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia examines autonomic (protectorate) labor law and its changes under the influence of the law of Nazi Germany.
