The financial crisis and role of European central bank
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá posouzením monetární politiky Evropské centrální banky v průběhu poslední finanční krize, a to zejména s využitím Taylorova pravidla. Porovnány budou různé modifikace Taylorova pravidla, kdy nejlepší varianta bude použita pro výpočet požadované úrokové sazby jednotlivých členských států eurozóny. To umožní porovnání jejich preferencí s monetární politikou Evropské centrální banky.
Abstract:
The thesis provides an evaluation of monetary policy of the European central bank during the last financial crisis, mainly by using the Taylor rule. Different modifications of the Taylor rule will be compared and the best version will be used for an estimation of desired interest rate of member states of the eurozone.
