Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj komunikačních dovedností u osob v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných.Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, popisuje projevy stáří a více se zabývá stařeckou demencí. Definována je narušená komunikační schopnost z hlediska jejího výskytu u dospělých osob. Podrobně je popsána afázie a dysartrie. This thesis focuses on the development of communication skills for people in long-term care hospitals. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts, describes the symptoms of and is more concerned with senile dementia. The communication disorder is defined in terms of its occurrence in adults.
