Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracovat literární rešerši z oblasti motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců na základě průzkumu příslušných literárních zdrojů. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of employee satisfaction in a selected company. The aim of the theoretical part was to elaborate the theoretical basis based on the research of the relevant literature on the topic of motivation and employee satisfaction.
