Práce byla zaměřena na překlad odborných textů z oblasti medicíny se zaměřením na oblast alergologie. Byly překládány vědecké a popularizační texty a zjišťovány charakteristické rysy popularizačního stylu, kterými se tento styl odlišuje od vědeckého stylu. The diploma thesis focused on a translation of medical texts specialized in allergology. Translated texts were scientific and popular scientific texts. Characteristic features of popular scientific style were analysed in translated popular scientific texts. Some typical differences between popular scientific and scientific style were found.
