Historický pohled a vývoj obchodního práva od vzniku Československé republiky a hlavně za doby trvání nacistického a následně socialistické režimu. Zánik obchodního práva a vznik práva hospodářského.
Abstract:
Historical view and the evolution of Trade law from the origin of the Czechoslovak Republic and mainly for the duration of the Nazi and then socialist regime. Conclusion of the trade law and the creation of economic law.
