Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce se věnuje poslanecké imunitě. Práce popisuje vývoj tohoto institutu v různých etapách vývoje naší republiky. Nejdříve v období do roku 1989: v letech 1918–1948, tedy první republika, dále i v období po únoru 1948 do roku 1990, a také i v porevolučním období od roku 1990 až do roku 2013, kdy došlo ke zcela pro naši zemi novému pojetí poslanecké imunity. This rigorous work is concentrated on parliamentary imunity. This institution and its development is described within various development phases of the Czech Republic. First the period up to 1989: years 1918-1948, The First Republic, then since February 1948 till 1990 and also the postrevolutionary period 1990 – 2013, when there was accepted a completely new concept of parliamentary immunity.
