Plan of Utilizing Event Management at the Divadlo na Orlí Theatre

Abstract:

Anotace Diplomové práce Plán využití Event Managementu v Divadle na Orlí Kristýna Světlíková Brno 2012 Diplomová práce „Plán využití Event Managementu v Divadle na Orlí“ se zabývá aktuálně rozšířeným typem organizování firemních akcí, Event Managementem, a na něj navazujícím Event Marketingem. Práce v první části vysvětluje důležité pojmy s nimi spojenými a poté se zabývá jejich využíváním v České republice a ve vybraných brněnských divadlech. Poté mapuje akce pořádané Janáčkovou akademií múzických umění v rámci jejích studijních plánů a hodnotí je z pohledu Event Managementu a možnosti jejich využití pro Event Marketing. Na základě těchto informací a vnitřní analýzy Divadla na Orlí je navrhnut plán využití Event Managementu v těchto prostorách. Poslední část práce prezentuje praktickou ukázku použití Event Managementu sestavením organizačního plánu konference mezinárodní sítě ENCATC, která proběhne v roce 2014 v Divadle na Orlí.

Annotation of Diploma Thesis Plan of Utilizing Event Management at the Divadlo na Orlí Theatre Kristýna Světlíková Brno 2012 My diploma thesis "Plan of Utilizing Event Management at the Divadlo na Orlí Theatre" is engaging in opportunely broadened type of organizing corporate events, Event Management, and Event Marketing related to Event Management. First part pins down the most important terms and concepts associated with the main topic, and then examines their utilization in the Czech Republic and Brno in selected theaters. Second comes mapping out the events organized by the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno as a part of it’s curriculum and evaluating them in terms of Event Management and their potential use for Event Marketing. Based on obtained information and internal analysis of Divadlo na Orlí Theatre is drawn a plan of use of Event Management at these premises. The last part presents a practical demonstration of the utilization of Event Management by constructing organizational plan for ENCATC international networked annual conference, to be held in 2014 at the Divadlo na Orlí Theatre.
