Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat činnosti, které souvisejí s personálním řízením ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy a personálními činnostmi, z nichž je dále podrobněji zpracováno řízení pracovního výkonu, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify activities that are related to personnel management in the selected organization.
