Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Kooperativa pojišťovna, VIG, a.s., agentura pro západní Čechy. Teoreticko-metodická část je členěna do několika částí. Popisuje základní pojmy jako řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace, stimulace, pracovní motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců.
