Developing a Coaching and Mentoring Culture

Anotace: The theoretical value of this work lies in systematizing and expanding the ideas about coaching. It provides an orderly presentation of what coaching really is and when and to what extent it can be used to train and develop staff. While studying the materials on this topic, I found a number of disagreements and very contradictory opinions on this issue. Many experts deepen the description of advantages of the bottom process, they name different benefits of this style. But they miss the most important point - this method is aimed at helping to achieve goals and solve various kinds of problems in all areas of human life. While deepening into the meaning, they miss the opportunity to convey their experience, their methods, leaving aside the technology of coaching and the principles on which this method is based. The theoretical value and novelty of the work shows that such topics are not adequately considered in modern literature, there are few reliable books on coaching, which indicates a low representation of this direction.
