Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou moderní metody rozvoje lidských zdrojů používané ve zvolené společnosti. Pomocí odborné literatury jsem popsal moderní metody rozvoje a následně jsem zjišťoval používaní těchto metod v praxi. Zjišťování proběhlo formou dotazníků. The subject of this thesis are the modern methods of developing human resources used in the selected company. Using professional literature I described modern methods of and then I found out using these methods in practice. The survey was carried out by means of questionnaires.
