Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řízení lidských zdrojů v období krize vybrané firmy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje rozvoj systému vzdělávání, oblast lidských zdrojů a jejich řízení. V praktické části je představena společnost Aircraft Industries, a.s., její personální řízení a průběh současné firemní krize. Současný stav personálního řízení je zkoumán vybranými metodami. Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení celé situace a návrhy možného řešení pro společnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the human resources management issues during the crisis in a particular company. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the pracical one. The theoretical part characterizes the development of the educational system, the area of human resources and their management. The company Aircraft Industries, a. s., its human resources management and the development of its current crisis is introduced in the practical part. The current state of human resources management is explored with the help of particular methods. The conclusion of this thesis is the evaluation of the whole situation and the proposals of the possible solution for the company.
