Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit aktuální legislativní problematiku měkkých cílů na území ČR a navrhnout případné zlepšení. Sekundárním cílem práce je zhodnotit připravenost obchodních center Galerie Vaňkova Brno a Olympia Brno v případě útoku na měkké cíle. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the current legislative issues of soft targets in the Czech Republic and to devise possible improvements. The secondary purpose of the work is to evaluate the readiness of the shopping centers Galerie Vaňkova Brno and Olympia Brno on the attack agains soft targets.
