Personnel activities in a small company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou personálních činností ve vybrané malé firmě. Cílem této práce je analýza personálních činnosti a identifikace nedostatků. Přínosem práce je samotné zhodnocení současného stavu a případná formulace doporučení. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z rešerše odborné literatury a je zaměřená na vymezení základních pojmů. V této části jsou charakterizované jednotlivé personální činnosti, které jsou následně používány i v rámci praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění současného stavu a identifikaci slabých míst. Na závěr praktické části jsou formulována doporučení, která mají za cíl zlepšit aktuální stav. Mezi použité metody patří rešerše odborné literatury, komparace teoretických východisek s praxí, analýza interních materiálů, polostrukturované rozhovory a syntéza.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the personnel activities in a small company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze personnel activities and to identify its weaknesses. The contribution of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current situation and formulation of recommendations which will lead to improvement of activities. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on academic literature and defines basic concepts. This part characterizes the individual personnel activities, which are used in the practical part too. The practical part is focused on finding out the current state and identifying weaknesses. Recommendations are formulated at the end of this bachelor thesis; whose aim is to improve the current situation. The methods used include literature research, comparisons of theory with practice, analysis of internal materials, semi-structured interviews and synthesis.
