Abstract:
Diplomová práce ?Právní formy perzekuce občanů protektorátu v období 1939 - 1945? pojednává o perzekucích obyvatelstva v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Práce se soustředí na právní postavení protektorátu a jeho obyvatel v souvislostech s právními zásahy okupačních orgánů. Zvláštní část pojednává o perzekuci židů na Kolínsku v období 1939-1942.

Diploma thesis ?The legal persecution in Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia 1939 - 1945? is about persecution against the population in Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Diploma thesis is devoted to the legal status of protectorate and population in the context of legislation intervention occupation authority.
