Diplomová práce se zabývá klamavými obchodními praktikami, ke kterým dochází v prostředí internetu, a jejich právní úpravou. Abstract:
This diploma thesis explores misleading commercial practices occurring on the Internet and their legal regulation. Through two practical case studies it outlines the subject and demonstrates the way of assessing commercial practices as misleading (especially according to the Czech Consumer Protection Act).
