Abstract:
V této rigorózní práci se věnuji vzniku hematopoetických buněk a regulaci těchto procesů. Zaměřuji se na signální dráhu MAPK p38alpha, u které bylo prokázáno, že hraje důležitou úlohu jak v prenatálním, tak v postnatálním procesu diferenciace hematopoetických buněk. Abstract:
In this thesis we study development of hematopoietic cells and regulation of this process. We focused on the signaling pathway MAPK p38alpha. In this signaling pathway was proved, that it plays important role in the prenatal and also postnatal process of differentiation hematopoietic cells.
