Diplomová práce je zaměřena na age management v sociálních službách a využití jejich principů. V teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena na vymezení pojmu age management, přínosy a strategie. Dále se zabývá učením na pracovišti, jak se lidé učí. Závěr teoretické části popisuje sociální služby - vývoj, rozdělení, management a osobnost sociálního pracovníka.
