Abstract:
Obsahem této práce s názvem Místo a úloha řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci je zmapování problematiky řízení lidských zdrojů. Teoretická část práce analyzuje právní předpisy a odbornou literaturu v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a výkladem jednotlivých personálních činností. Jejím cílem je analýza a syntéza řízení lidských zdrojů na Městském úřadu Ivančice a návrh doporučení.

The contens of this piece of work is to map the issues of Place and role of Human Resource Management at the organization. The theoretical part analyzes the law regulations and specialized literature in the field of human resource and interpretation of individual HR activities.
