Abstract:

Diplomová práce přináší teoretický přehled o personálním řízení, o jeho vývoji a konceptu, definuje personální činnosti. Podrobně se zabývá procesem tvorby pracovních míst a s ním souvisejícím personálním plánováním, dále se zabývá principy adaptace nových zaměstnanců, procesem vzdělávání a poukazuje na význam konceptu formálního hodnocení pracovního výkonu. Kromě obecných poznatků jsou v práci uvedena některá specifika týkající se personálního řízení ve zdravotnictví, zejména v souvislosti s procesem akreditace nemocnic. Cílem personálního managementu zdravotnického zařízení je, aby zdravotní péče byla poskytována kvalitně, bezpečně a ve shodě s požadavkem „lege artis“. Praktická část má formu kvalitativního výzkumu a přináší analýzu vybraných personálních činností v konkrétní nemocnici. Cílem práce je zjistit stupeň inkorporace teoretických poznatků personalistiky v aktuální praxi vybrané nemocnice a navrhnout opatření vedoucí k zefektivnění práce s lidmi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis provides a theoretical overview of personnel management, its concept and development and defines personnel activities. This thesis deals in detail with the process of creating workplaces and related personnel planning. In addition, this thesis outlines the principles of new employees adaptation, training process and highlights the importance of a formal performance appraisal concept. Apart from general information, this thesis includes some specific approaches to human resource management in health sector, especially relating to the process of the accreditation of hospitals. The main goal of personnel management in medical facilities is to provide safe and quality health care in compliance with the requirement of "lege artis". The qualitative research has been used for the practical part of this diploma thesis. The output of this research is the analysis of the personnel management activities in the particular medical facility. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the level of the incorporation of the theoretical aspects of personnel management in a given hospital and to suggest measures to streamline work with people.
