Táto diplomová práce sa zaoberá ochranou osobných údajov v zdravotníctve. Jej cieľom je analyzovať príslušnú právnu úpravu a poukázať na jej špecifiká. Hlavná časť sa venuje ochrane osobných údajov v zdravotníctve obecne, kde poukazuje na špecifické situácie, ku ktorým dochádza v praxi.
