Podstatou mé práce je podání základních informací o problematice roztroušené sklerózy a možných ergoterapeutických intervencí u tohoto onemocnění. The essence of my work is a basic issue of Multiple Sclerosis and occupational therapeutic possible interventions for this disease. In general part I included information on the disease itself. I dedicate to concept of demyelinization, causes and course of disease, as well as current diagnostic procedures and pharmacology.
