Abstract:
V práci definuji pojmy jako řízení lidských zdrojů, který je pro firmu nepostradatelnou součástí a velkou pomocí v konkurenceschopnosti. Dále definuji řízení pracovního výkonu, jeho oblasti a cykly. Řízení nám dává podklady k hodnocení zaměstnanců, což je rovněž základní personální činnost. Hodnocení souvisí s metodami motivace.
