Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem změn v systému hodnocení pracovníků ve firmě PRESBETON Nova, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska týkají-cí se řízení lidských zdrojů, hodnocení pracovníků, metod hodnocení a hodnotícího rozho-voru. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu hodnocení pracovníků fir-my, vyjmenována pozitiva a negativa současného systému a požadavky na nový formální systém hodnocení pracovníků. Analýza ukázala potřebu zavést zcela nový hodnotící systém pracovníků do společnosti. Projekt obsahuje návrh metodiky jak hodnotit pracovníky spolu s podklady k danému hodnocení. V závěru je uvedena také nákladová a riziková analýza navrhovaného systému.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the proposal of changes in the system of the employees{\crq} evaluation in the company PRESBETON Nova, s.r.o. In the theoretical part, theoretical backgrounds concerning the human resources management, the employees´ evaluation, methods of the evaluation and the evaluative interview are compiled. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of employees{\crq} evaluation in the company is conducted and the positive and negative facts together with the demands on the new formal system of the employees{\crq} eva-luation are listed. The analysis showed the need to set up the new evaluative employees´ systém in the copany. The project contains a proposal of the methodology how to evaluate employees, together with the supporting documents for the evaluation. In the conclusion, the cost and the risk analysis of the proposed system is stated.
